The Cousins Have Come To Visit
Fatigue,
I am beginning to believe that this is a spirit. “We wrestle not agains flesh and blood…”
“For our struggle is not against human opponents, but against rulers, authorities, cosmic powers in the darkness around us, and evil spiritual forces in the heavenly realm.” Ephesians 6:12
After resting all night, when I find myself fatigued, I begin asking myself what is behind this ‘fatigue’, who has come to visit me? Is Sista ‘Emotions’ talking this morning, cousin ‘Depression’ or auntie “Low Blood Sugar” or in fact is God saying I need to be restored? Perhaps the answer is all of the above, sista Emotions, cousin Depression, and auntie Low Blood Sugar have come to visit.
Well I then observe them all and then I wait for Great Uncle “Father Restoration”! Sometime Great Uncle comes speaking in a small still voice, some times He leaves an email of encouragement, sometimes he whispers “Drink a protein drink” other times he says, “Eat a spoonful of peanut butter it will immediately give you energy”…then sometimes he shouts out loud “Rest!”.
Sometime I can’t hear what Father Restoration is saying so he just slaps me upside the head and knocks me out to rest in a chair, bed or whereever he decides to put me to sleep! I am learning to listen to my Great Uncle what he says he wants obeyed.
Well enough of my rambling, this has helped me, hope it helps you, love the scripture Team Ryan1 gave me about being a light on a lamp stand.
“Light is placed on a lamp stand so the light shines for all the people. In the same way, you should be a light for others….” Matthew 5:15-16
Thinking about getting some earrings out of light bulbs ….hum think that would be too much light for the world?
